The garden is officially done. Everything has been pulled up and beds have been turned over once in prep for winter. We have had two frosts already and there is a noticeable chill around 5pm when the sun starts to dip behind the trees. I finally started pumping heat from the solar panels into the house…
Week in review

About 35 lbs of potatoes from only a couple of seed potatoes, and the best part is the reds and russets were from potatoes I harvested last year…
